Sony has announced its new Android tablet i.e. Sony Xperia Tablet which has a 9.40-inch capacitive touchscreen display. The tablet is powered by Quad-core 1.3 GHz Cortex-A9 processor and will run on Android v4.0 OS. It sports an 8MP rear camera and a front 1MP camera.
